UniSoft, Kuwait's leading providing of business productivity software, announced today that it signed a contract with the Combined International Real Estate Company, a subsidiary of Combined Group for Contracting KSCC, for the implementation of UniSoft Real Estate Management Solution.

Mohammed ElSebaey, Deputy General manager of UniSoft, noted that UniSoft Property Management System removes the burden of companies of follow-up administrative and financial reports property, as all of these tasks are automatically generated within the system. The system also provides companies continuously with up to date rents, maturity, and administration costs and gives real estate companies the opportunity to control the powers of staff and lease rates and follow-up maintenance work and supervision service for the property.
